Georges Couffignal
Georges Couffignal, the former director of the Institute for Higher Studies onLatin America,is professor emeritus of political science at Sorbonne-nouvelle-Paris 3 University. He has been in charge of the French Institute for Latin America in Mexico and the Franco-Chilean Cultural Institute of Santiago.
