After 15 successive years of government interference and intervention, the author reiterates the “right of interference” question, i.e., the right to humanitarian interference and neocolonial occupation inside of a global and ongoing problematic in international relations.

This issue consists of political interactions and the never-ending conflicts between government interference and independence, which also be called “sovereignty” or “autonomy.”
