Audiovisual Freedom?
The History of the Haute Autorité de la Communication Audiovisuelle

The work retraces the four year existence of the Haute Autorité de la Communication Audiovisuelle (High Authority of Audiovisual Communications or "High Authority") created in 1982 and succeeded by today's Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel (Superior Audiovisual Counsel or CSA). It is a story of a great crossroads between media history and politics, making a precious contribution to audiovisual knowledge.
